Unijoy locates the global production base of bathing suits in Jinjiang, Fujiang province, China. Here we have a complete supply chain for beachwear, and it is easy to source the related fabric, trim, packing accessories and so on.
For swimwear manufacturing, the main custom material fabric composition is polyester/spandex or polyamide/elastane, most buyers like warp knitting for swimsuits.
The mills can knit different fabric specifications, dye different colors, and print out different patterns per the client’s request.

We have a wide collection range, from baby bathing suits to adult swimming costumes, such as baby diapers, baby beachwear, girls bathing suits, boys swimsuits, women’s swimsuits, men’s bathing suits and so on. Various designs include bikini, one-piece, tankini, burkini, rashguard, swim shorts, board shorts, baby swim diapers, etc.
So we have full experience in the beachwear industry, any of your swimsuit designs can be custom, and we know how to work out excellent beachwear products for you.
To start, we will make initial samples for your review of quality and craft. After you place your order, we will arrange to make a lab dip, print swatch, and related accessories for your confirmation. If necessary, we will make a revised one according to your comments. The bulk fabrics will be produced after you approve lab dip and print swatches.
Then 7 days to finish PP samples and 7 days for your comment PP samples. Only after you approve pp samples will we begin bulk fabric production, which needs about 30 days.
So don’t worry. In Unijoy, we follow this progress strictly. We would not decide by ourselves without you agreeing. So the whole progress is safe for you. Our professional merchandiser team will send you a work-in-progress report weekly. So you can learn about your order progress quickly, you can end up spending more time pushing orders, making the whole thing easier.

Custom Swimwear Manufacturer Progress, Great Attention To Every Detail
We will analyze the requested details, including pattern, fabric, trim, and packing instructions. If something is missing or not clear, we will double-check with the customers.
But if you can’t do the tech pack, it is ok. Just give us the drawing, our designer will help you work it out, and our merchandiser will guide you to finish all the necessary things you need.
After learning about the client’s request, we will source the requested fabric, trim and accessories. We have the widest range of fabric options with a mix of composition and function to meet your design’s need.
The fabric quality, colors, strike-off, trim quality and color samples, label, hangtag and polybags will be sent to you for approval before bulk production.
At the same time, we will make fitting samples for you. Our professional pattern master makes the pattern as per your size chart. Then sample makers will cut fabrics by auto-cutting machine and sew perfect fitting samples for your approval.
After you approve fitting samples, lab dips, and strike-off, we will arrange bulk fabric and make pre-productions samples for your approval.
After pre-production samples approval, we will cut the bulk fabric and do related printing, embroidery, sewing, and packing.
Every process produces under a strict management system. Our skilled workers work not only very fast but also excellent quality because they are well-trained with full experience.
Our internal QC will check craft quality and fix errors in time when in-line sewing. Our workers will check the quality of each piece one by one and sort out unqualified qty to rework or abandon. Then after packing, our Internal QC will do a final-line inspection.
All we do is want to ensure it is 100% control and the goods delivery is of good quality to you. We are always honest with our customers when there is a quality issue. We also welcome you or assign a third party to do the inspection
In the past 15 years, we shipped out thousands of goods worldwide, we know the export customs declaration process and different countries’ paperwork very well, and all of the goods are declared custom and shipped on board in time.
