We Pay Attention To Every Detail Of The Bikini Manufacture Progress
When we receive the tech pack information from you, we will check whether all the information is correct and whether there is any missing information, including sketch, color Pantone No., print pattern, size chart, packaging information, etc.
If it is incorrect or missing, we will send an email to the customer for verification within 24 hours. Of course, some customers are not professional enough to provide complete information. Our professional merchandiser and designer team will assist in completing all the above matters.
We will find suitable fabrics, trims and packaging accessories according to your requirements to approve the quality. All our suppliers of fabrics and trims have been engaged.
In this industry for more than 10 years, they know what kind of materials you need, so our sourcing work is very fast. In addition, we will make lab dips, strike off and related trim and accessories samples for your approval.
At the same time, our professional pattern master will make the pattern according to your size table. If there is any unreasonable point, we will immediately discuss it with you to find a solution way.
Our sample workers cut samples according to the paper pattern and sew; after we work out the fitting samples, it will be sent to you for your approval.
After your approval is OK, we will use the fabrics with the correct colors, prints and trims to make pre-production samples for your approval.
After you approve the pre-production samples, we will start mass production. We will cut the bulk fabrics according to your approved size table.
- The fabrics are inspected for qualified or not before cutting.
- If there is rub print or embroidery in the design, it will be arranged accordingly after cutting fabrics.
- Our sewing workers will sew bulk bikinis according to the workmanship requirements.
- Once a part of bulk bikinis finishes sewing, our QA workers will check the quality of each piece and cut the thread cleanly at the same time.
- Our packing workers will complete the packing according to the packing requirements.
When in-line sewing, our internal QC will check workmanship quality and fix errors in time. Our workers will check each piece of quality one by one and sort out unqualified qty to rework or abandon. Then after packing, our Internal QC will do a final-line inspection, and we want to ensure it is 100% quality control and the goods delivered are of good quality to you.
We are always honest with our customers when there is a quality issue. We also welcome you or assign a third party to do the inspection.
To ensure that qualified bulk bikinis can be delivered to you, our QC will do an in-line inspection when the products are produced in-line, find problems and correct them in time. Also, our QC will arrange a final inspection according to AQL2.5 or AQL4.0 after the product is packaged.
