1). Before cutting, the fabric should be inspected by cloth inspecting machine.
2). Accessories should be checked the quality and quantity before warehouse accepting.
3). If the swimsuit with print or embroidery, IQC wil check one by one firstly, sort out the bad quality before sewing.
4). Each production line with 2 IQC to check quality everyday.
5). When finish production PQC( Production Quality control) will check every swimsuit one by one, and sort unqualified products.
6). After packing, QC people will do final inspection according to the International standard AQL2.5, to be sure all of the goods under good condition and packing are correct.

Special fabrics must be reviewed and confirmed separately. The MOQ may vary based on fabric type, supplier requirements, color, print, construction, trims, packaging, and the overall order structure.

Yes, our initial samples (replaced fabric) is free to be offered by freight collect.

Usually for custom sample development development: usually about 7–14 days; complex projects may require longer.

Samples can be sent via FedEx,TNT,DHL,EMS, etc.,or as your requirement.

The delivery time is 30-45 days after payment and PP samples confirmed. However, we can adjust the time for you base on your quantity, style and other demands. The exact delivery date will be according to your designs and quantity.
