Recientemente, en el \u00e1mbito del comercio exterior comenz\u00f3 a circular el siguiente aviso:<\/p>\n

Aviso de emergencia<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A partir de hoy, todos los canales que vayan a Estados Unidos deber\u00e1n tener la etiqueta \u201cMade In China\u201d en las cajas exteriores y productos, \u00a1de lo contrario no se permiten las importaciones locales!<\/p>\n

En caso contrario: el local devolver\u00e1 la mercanc\u00eda al lugar original.<\/p>\n

De lo contrario: el gobierno de EE. UU. puede confiscar estos productos o imponer multas sobre estos productos si la p\u00e9rdida es causada por el remitente, gracias por su cooperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con los requisitos aduaneros y fronterizos de EE. UU., las mercanc\u00edas enviadas a EE. UU. a trav\u00e9s de todos los canales a partir de ahora deben llevar la etiqueta "Hecho en China" en las cajas y productos exteriores; de lo contrario, no se permiten las importaciones locales. Pueden estar sujetos a riesgos como devoluci\u00f3n, confiscaci\u00f3n o multas.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la Ley de Seguridad de Productos de Consumo de EE. UU. (CPSIA), todos los productos de consumo exportados a Estados Unidos deben tener 2 etiquetas de trazabilidad:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Marca \u201cHECHO EN CHINA\u201d;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Marque el lugar espec\u00edfico de producci\u00f3n y el n\u00famero de lote para separarlo de otros productos y rastrear la fuente despu\u00e9s de que ocurra un problema.<\/p>\n

La etiqueta de origen debe estar en ingl\u00e9s, debe ser obvia y f\u00e1cil de identificar, y la forma de marcar la etiqueta de origen debe ser razonable y cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares aduaneros de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n

Las aduanas del puerto de Los \u00c1ngeles, en Estados Unidos, son particularmente estrictas y suelen aplicar deducciones aduaneras a los env\u00edos que no cumplen con las normas. Una vez detenidos por un problema con la etiqueta de origen, solo hay dos opciones: devolverlos o destruirlos. Adem\u00e1s, muchas aduanas no permiten etiquetas subvencionadas.<\/p>\n
